- We are seeking an energetic Application Support Analyst to join our close-knit IT team in Mulgrave in a full time capacity for a 12 month fixed term period. This position will suit an ambitious IT Graduate or current Support Analyst with at least 3-5 years’ experience. This position reports to our IT Service Operations Manager and will best suit individuals who delight in solving problems, have a desire to learn and can communicate well. - What you’ll do:
- Supporting IT PM and Architect for the design and implementation of project hardware requirements.
- Support to Create, review and signoff project’s technical requirements through to implementation
- Coordinate with vendors and regional teams to create and maintain system hardware environments
- Manage Server preparation including Citrix deployment and Interface connectivity including APIs
- Supporting Financial Services Applications (Level 2&3)
- Resolving incident, problems and requests
- Supporting development and project activities
- Supporting the production and development environments
- Support and maintenance of existing database environments
- Working closely with our vendors to resolve incidents and problems.

**Qualifikationen**:

- The skills we’re looking for:
- Tertiary Qualifications in IT
- An energetic “can do” attitude to learn, question and have fun at work
- Good problem solving / troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to understand and work with the customer
- Support large transformations by creation of test and production environments.
- Understand project’s technical requirements and assist Architect and lT project manager to implement system hardware requirements.
- Basic understanding of ITIL
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking concepts and IT security topics including patch and vulnerability management.
- Prefer a basic understanding of scripting languages (vbscript, batch files, Powershell)
- Prefer a good understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and able to write database queries from multiple data sources
- Experience in supporting Production and Non-Production environments
