A major FMGC is partnering with Davidson once again looking to enhance their workforce, seeking some dedicated IT Technical Support Analysts to join their amazing team

In your role as a Technical Support Analyst, you’ll be providing a variety of support to users of computers as well as other IT systems, which in turn may be used by both the customers and/or the staff of the business. You’ll be a key part of the overseeing of the organisation’s customer support systems and workflows, working to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. These will include (but noe be limited to:

- Setting up new user accounts on IT systems and websites
- Assisting with installing and maintaining networks
- Accessing databases and analysing information
- Instructing others on the proper use of computer hardware and software.

In order to succeed in this role the following experience and qualifications will be a necessity:

- Experience with software deployment and debugging to windows operating systems - (SCCM, software centre configuration manager experience is a bonus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- PowerShell, batch file or some other scripting ability.
- Point of Sale (POS) experience
