Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Melbourne, VIC for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and monitoring the progress of clients. The role also includes providing parent education and training sessions, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Skills in Parent Education and Training.
  • Has experience in Implementing Aba program and group program.
  • Experience in Behavior Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
