- Utilize mortgage and legal expertise to review loan contracts, titles, and mortgages
- Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic banking concepts

**Skills & Experience**:

- At least 3 years in Settlements
- Previous experience managing/leading a Settlements team
- In-depth knowledge of the mortgage process
- Proficiency in reviewing loan documents: titles, contracts, mortgages
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and a collaborative mindset
