**IT Change Lead**

Our state government client is looking for an **experienced IT Change Lead** to focus on change management, communications and training activities as required to support their internal change program.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Focus on change management, stakeholder analysis, business impact assessments, change plans, communications and training plans
- Focus on IT transition projects and initiatives to facilitate effective project delivery, informed decision making and focus on business benefits
- Build relationships with a range of stakeholders across the Department to identify risks and resistance to change; develop and implement management strategies to prevent or minimise impacts to the business.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Strong e**nterprise level change management** experience
- Must have worked on large scale ICT program and project deliverables
- Prior Government experience is a bonus
- Certification in** Change Management /PROSCI** is a bonus
