**_ Change Analyst - Foundation_**

**_ Ongoing, Full Time or Part Time 0.8 FTE role_**

Be part of a world-leading cancer centre where clinical excellence meets innovation. At Peter Mac, we don’t just treat cancer—we lead change in how it’s managed, supported, and experienced. The Foundation team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Change Analyst to support the successful execution of strategic projects across the organisation, including the ongoing evolution of our newly implemented CRM system. You will work closely with the Strategic Projects Manager to drive change management for a variety of high impact initiatives, focusing on ensuring smooth transitions, effective stakeholder engagement and successful adoption of new processes and systems. We are open to full time hours or those looking to work 0.8 FTE.

**About You**
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Demonstrated success in leading organisational change initiatives, including those involving process, system or cultural transitions
