Change Analyst

Are you passionate about driving successful change and adoption across complex environments? We're looking for an experienced
Change Analyst
to join our team and help deliver impactful transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3+ years of experience
    in the Change Analysis domain.
  • Proven ability to conduct
    impact assessments
    to identify areas of change.
  • Experience in preparing
    change and adoption strategies
    .
  • Skilled in using
    change management tools and methodologies
    .
  • Strong capability in preparing
    written reports, process maps
    , and proposing business solutions.
  • Expertise in managing the
    people side of change
    , including business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organisational structures.
  • Ability to create
    engaging documentation and communication materials
    (newsletters, releases, marketing content) to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Experience in
    organisational change readiness assessments
    and
    stakeholder engagement
    .
  • Strong collaboration skills with key stakeholders.
  • Confidence in
    facilitating workshops and engagement sessions
    with diverse audiences, including large groups.
  • Experience in
    delivering training programs
    .
  • Advanced skills in presenting
    qualitative and quantitative information creatively
    .
  • Prior experience delivering change analysis services in
    information security/cybersecurity
    domains.
  • Previous experience working in
    government departments
    , preferably the
    Victorian Government
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
    concepts is highly desirable.
