**The role**
Work within a fantastic team that ensures all administrative tasks including exception reporting, quality checking and day to day transactions are completed by agreed timeframes. Whilst providing quality and timely customer service you will also:

- Ensure that member records are updated and accurately maintained in-line with Benefit Payments agreed objectives
- Undertake Benefit Payment tasks
- Respond to written, phone and electronic enquiries from members, employers and Superannuation Officers
- Prepare reports derived from member records

**About you**
We are looking for an individual who has worked in fast moving transformation environment and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity.

You will have exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and an ability to work as part of a team. The ability to deal with competing priorities and work to deadlines is equally important, as well as:

- Benefit payments experience - essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound technology and numeracy skills including MS Office
- Proven customer service experience
