- Temporary with opportunity to go Permanent after 6 months
- $31.25/hour + super
- Full-Time
- WFH - 2 days/month in the office once proficient
- Mon-Fri standard business hours
- Long term career opportunity
- Start date - Mid July

Your new role

As a well-trained Mortgage Industry Professional you are focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes that are both well managed and meet the needs of the customer. You will be responsible for:

- Making payments to third parties in order to meet customer obligations along the value chain
- Processing payments efficiently and analysing fraud possibilities
- Performing required processing as per internal policies and company’s regulatory obligations
- Dedicated to supporting frontline and helping customers on their home loan journey

What you will need to succeed
- Previous banking or financial industry exposure or qualification obtained is highly desirable
- Understanding of business credit & lending processes and policies
- Excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously & under pressure
- Strong concern for quality and standards
- Navigate between multiple computer systems
