Job Description

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.

- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

- Provide guidance and recommendations on candidate selection and offer negotiation.

- Maintain and update recruitment systems and candidate databases.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

- Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

- Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights to improve hiring strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:

- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the business services industry.

- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- A detail-oriented approach with strong organisational skills.

- Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in Human Resources.

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
