TalentWeb is looking to speak with experienced Civil Engineers who are looking for a leadership role, working on a newly created opportunity as the Team Leader for the greenfield subdivision civil section of an established consultancy based in Woolloongabba.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Be able to lead greenfield land development projects and related activities with mínimal guidance;
- Leading and growing a team of Civil Engineers and Designers whilst liaising with developers and councils on a regular basis;
- Developing relationships and bringing on additional greenfield projects with the support of the existing civil engineering senior leadership team and existing company relationships.
- At least 7 years' experience in QLD as a Civil Engineer;
- Prior experience working on greenfield subdivision projects with a network of clients across SEQ;
- CPEng/RPEQ accreditation ideal but not a necessity;
- Previous experience working on land development projects and the desire to bring on new business.

This is a fantastic opportunity with an established civil and structural engineering consultancy with an existing team that you would be responsible for continuing to grow with a path to shareholding.
