**The Opportunity: Educational Leader**

- **Hours**: Up to 38 hours with flexibility

**We would love you to have**:

- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as a room leader/educational leader
- Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
- Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- A current Qld Blue Card
- Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children

Our 24 centres offer a range of services to our families such as beach, bush and farm kindy, swimming and Healthy Bodies Programs. **Our Centre**
**PA Hospital Early Education Centre**is located on the grounds of the PA Hospital at Woolloongabba. Our Centre opened in May 2009 and cares for up to 75 children aged from birth to school age and offer a huge range of high quality programs for our children such as swimming lessons, music and movement and language opportunities.
