At Busy Bees at Woolloongabba, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our vibrant 169-place service. In this key leadership role, you'll guide and support educators in delivering high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF, helping children thrive while driving continuous improvement across the centre.

About the Role

As an Educational Leader, you will:
- Mentor and support a team of educators across all rooms- Lead the development, implementation, and review of educational programs- Model best practices and pedagogical leadership- Collaborate with the Centre Director and families to ensure positive outcomes- Drive continuous improvement, critical reflection, and innovation- Maintain compliance and ensure alignment with NQS and EYLF

What You’ll Need- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)- Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card)- Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training- Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certification- Previous experience as a Room Leader or Educational Leader- Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and planning cycles- Excellent mentoring, communication, and leadership skills
