**The Role**:
We have an exciting NEW position available as an Allocation & Replenishment Analyst for our growing Nude Lucy brand. Reporting into the Merchandise Planning Manager - Nude Lucy, you will be Responsible for allocation and replenishment of merchandise to stores. This role supports the achievement of budgeted sales, gross profit and inventory productivity measures through accurate allocation and replenishment. With an analytical approach to allocation accuracy this role has the opportunity to directly influence our profitability. The role will be involved in:
- Allocating and Replenishing stock to stores
- Analysis
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels in-store
- Inventory management and control
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Allocation of stock to stores
- Replenishment to stores - managing and maintaining store profiles
- Percentage In-stock of key RPL’s (to agreed guidelines)
- Monitoring and managing receipts and deliveries into store and DC
- Monitoring and managing warehouse stock
- Managing SOH on contracts with Suppliers where relevant
- Analysing sales trends and identifying opportunities and risks
- Size, store and profile analysis
- Consolidation of markdown SOH/best sellers/last pairs and fragmented lines
- Management and co-ordination of new stores stock package
- Analysing impacts of allocation decisions and making recommendations as a result
- Communication to stores and Retail team
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Previous allocation experience preferable
- Ability to understand data and analytics and make recommendations as a result
- Advanced excel skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Detail orientated with an analytical mindset.
- Strong Communication skills with direct team members and other teams within the business.
