**About The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Payable Manager to join our Accent Lifestyle team. Reporting into the Head of Commercial & Finance you will be responsible for receiving and processing all invoices and credit notes for Stock and Sundry Item. This Full Time position based out of our Haymarket office in Sydney, NSW.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Manage workload across the team of 1 plus assistance from Financial Accounting Team
- Receiving and processing all invoices and credit notes for Stock and Sundry Items.
- Ensuring all invoices are coded/matched and approved in line with the current procedures.
- Managing internal and external relationships to ensure all discrepancies are investigated in a timely manner.
- Administering payment runs
- Creditor maintenance and monthly statement reconciliations
- New supplier on-boarding and validation checks
- Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Assist with ad-hoc requests from the wider finance team

**To be successful you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within an AP function
- Proven experiences in a high-volume account processing position
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook and Word
- Preferred, but not essential - Experience with AP21/ Navision
- A high attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, working to tight deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Effective planning and organisational skills
- A strong work ethic
