**About the role**:
We have an exciting role available for a Buyers Admin Assistant to join our Glue Buying Team. Reporting to the Buyer your responsibilities will include being accountable for managing the flow of merchandise within the department and must maintain effective relationships with suppliers, data management and data integrity.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Monitor supplier deliveries and action as appropriate within policy
- Attend to PSR’s daily with resolution in a timely manner
- Liaise with suppliers and stores on deliveries and invoicing
- Create PO uploads with accurate information and ensure PO maintenance throughout season
- Maintain sample room and ensure samples are called in on time for WIP and ad hoc meetings
- Ownership of the buy calendar with key deliveries and dates for the business
- Liaise with online to ensure they receive a sample to shoot prior to delivery
- Maintenance of visual range plan to reflect most up to date orders
- Creation of best and worst visuals and sell through report for department
- Liaise with stores to resolve any receipting issues

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Demonstrated experience similar position
- Degree qualified
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- Effective communication with suppliers
