**About the Company**
Our large NSW State Government client serves the community by leading the provision of world-class education and training, connecting all stages from early childhood to tertiary courses and qualifications.

**About the Role**
They are currently seeking MULTIPLE experienced Administration Officers to join their team in Wollongong with the flexibility to work remotely from home. This is an estimated 2-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend. Lots of opportunity for additional hours + overtime

Reporting to the Manager, you will be required to provide a wide range of business and administration support to achieve organisational objectives

In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties:

- Cover reception when required
- Provide high level, professional customer service
- Answer enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
- Respond to general enquiries relating to student eligibility, payroll, child protection and transportation
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Preparation of high-level documentation including meeting minutes, agenda’s, presentation material and reports
- Receipting and sorting of electronic and other mail
- Manage and maintain registers
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About You**
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following:

- Demonstrated Administration or Business Support experience
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Exceptional typing skills and efficiency
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
- Reliable remote internet access with the ability to work remotely from home
- Valid Working With Children’s Check and undergo a National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
