My client is looking for a Big Box, Regional Manager - NSW to drive the strong performance of stores within their area and to ensure company procedures, management standards and values are upheld.

This position requires a hands on person who thrives on hitting sales targets, has strong business and commercial acumen and loves to inspire and grow their team.
- Monitor and drive sales performance of all stores in the area
- Ensure the implementation of the merchandising strategy, standards and procedures
- Promote and drive the achievement of sales targets for store team’s bonus achievement
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and improve sales performance by identifying underperforming categories.
- Monitor store stock management including margin management, stock levels, turnover, shrinkage and compliance to stock control procedures.
- Create and maintain, development, talent and succession plans for store leadership.

**Ideally you will have**:

- Extensive retail sales and customer service experience
- Established experience in a senior leadership role
- Demonstrated business management success
- Strong transactional / POS / cash management/ retail financials experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- A positive attitude and passion for retail
- 5-8 years retail sales and customer service experience
- Experienced business professional with exceptional Leadership skills
- Multi-Site Retail experience
- Excellent computer skills
