**The Company**
Our client is a leading international provider of medical equipment and consumables, and is seeking a talented and driven individual to join their team as a Regional Manager. In this role, you will lead the Sales and Service Teams in NSW, driving the development and achievement of revenue targets while ensuring exceptional customer service.

**The Role**:
As Regional Manager - Sales & Service you will:

- Plan, direct, and motivate Account Managers and Product Specialists to meet revenue targets.
- Coach and develop the Service Manager and team to enhance customer support and drive high performance.
- Negotiate major deals, maintain key customer relationships, and identify business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with team members to optimize performance in key areas
- Support sales funnel management and provide continuous coaching to enhance sales process, success and effectiveness.
- Prepare and submit sales and service activity reports for analysis and market trend identification.
- Ensure best practice CRM use
- Appoint and Manage sales and service resources to achieve revenue targets providing feedback, development opportunities, and performance management for staff members
- Promote a safety-first culture and adhere to OH&S standards and the company Integrated Management System (IMS).

- A degree in a management-related discipline or at least 4 years' experience in a similar position.
- Proven track record and minimum 5 years' experience in selling medical equipment or consumables.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent people management and leadership competencies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Resides in and possesses a current driving license for NSW.
- Expert industry knowledge and ability to engage with clients at all levels.
