Our client is a well-respected division within State Government providing customers across Victoria with the relevant and concise support. Nestled in amongst the rolling hills of Latrobe Valley we are seeking to appoint 2 experienced customer service professionals for a 6-month position to join this busy and ever-growing team.

**Your new role**

**You will be responsible for the following**
- Assess customer enquiries and make decisions from a range of established policies and procedures, legislation and regulations specific to the role.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of related information.
- Review and accurately process basic manual exceptions.
- Undertake a range of administrative functions supporting customer enquiries.
- Be proficient in the use of technical equipment including detecting problems and making appropriate changes.
- Keep accurate and complete records of your work activities in accordance with legislative, information security and privacy policy requirements.
- Positive relationships are built and maintained with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service/Call Centre environment (desired).
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and specialised computer software programs.
- Effective time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Can commence immediately
- A clear Police Check will be required for this position_

These positions will only be suitable for those who have the ability to work full time hours a week with the flexibility to work 8-hour shift 5 days a week.
