Hays Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our clients team located in Morwell. Our client is a well know government organisation who recognise the value and importance of working in partnership with Traditional Owners to manage parks and reserves in a culturally sensitive and ecologically appropriate way.

**You will be responsible for the following**
- Attend to customer enquiries
- Process various bookings using an electronic booking system
- Update databases with information regarding each enquiry
- Ensure documents, databases and files are up to date
- Contribute to the development of systems and processes to improve customer service
- Carry out ADHOC duties as required

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills and knowledge
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Employee Working with Children Check
- 3x Covid-19 Vaccinations

**The successful applicant will be required to obtain a Police Check**
