**The Role**:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Officer.
- Collaborate closely with our sales consultants, providing vital support to enhance the customer journey.
- Prepare accurate quotes that reflect our commitment to excellence.
- Efficiently process and diligently follow up on sales orders, leaving no detail unchecked.
- Seamlessly handle administrative tasks to maintain the smooth flow of operations.

**About you**:

- You are an out of the box thinker and problem solver.
- You're great at working in a team and can also excel on your own.
- You're skilled at staying organized and managing your time.
- You're excellent at negotiating.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- You're an outstanding communicator in writing and speech.
- While experience in construction is a plus, your enthusiasm to learn matters most.
