**About the Role**:
**Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer**, the Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our business. You'll coordinate administrative processes, streamline workflows, and help ensure the timely execution of critical operational tasks.
This role also acts as a vital link between our operational team, management, and centre-based staff—making sure communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with regulatory and organisational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor day to day operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance across operational process and procedure
- Assist with tracking and execution of operational initiatives and project timelines.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
- Act as a key liaison between business units, ensuring effective communication and follow-through.
- Coordinate the operational setup of new centres in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Support the implementation of the company’s pedagogical philosophy and learning framework across services.
- Support compliance processes such as audits, policy reviews, and implementation of updated regulations.
- Collaborate with Centre Leaders to follow up on action items and monitor quality improvements.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and manage project logistics.

**About You**:
You thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You enjoy working with people across departments and have a genuine interest in early childhood education and compliance.

**You’ll also bring**:

- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask across competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use project management and tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Trello, Asana).
- Basic understanding of the **National Quality Framework (NQF)** and childcare regulations—or a strong willingness to learn.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in business administration, operations, project coordination, or early childhood education (advantageous but not essential).
