**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are seeking full-time permanent Project Coordinator to join the team, based at the SYNC office in Laverton North.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating, reviewing, and managing project documentation in accordance with SYNC’s Contract Administration procedures, in order to achieve our contractual obligations to our clients.
Reporting to the Project/Design Manager, some key accountability of this role include:
- Develop project documentation, such as detailed scopes of work, subcontracts/contracts, progress reports, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Review all client and tender documentation, specifications, and drawings; proactively identify and manage potential contractual risks.
- Manage the design coordination process with the client; act as the link between the client and the internal SYNC design and manufacturing teams, ensuring client expectations are met.
- Procure and plan the schedule of goods and materials against the production schedule.
- Track, monitor, and report on the financial performance of the project; creating project-specific budget summaries and financial reports.
- Complete associated administration on various data and document management systems.
- Assist the Project/Design Manager, Commercial Director, and Operations Director throughout the project lifecycle.

- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or Manufacturing, or sufficient equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience as a Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator, Estimator, and/or in Procurement; within the construction or manufacturing industry would be highly regarded.
- Proven track record in managing conflicting deadlines, and delivery of work and projects to agreed timeframes.
- Ability to manage a budget, forecast, analyse losses and gains.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Experience using Aconex, TeamBinder, Simpel, BuildTools, Procore, Cheops, and/or Fishbowl.
- Professional standard written and verbal communication skills.
