Sales Lighting Consultant - Architectural

**About the role**:
We are looking for a standout **Sales Lighting Consultant** who genuinely loves lighting and thrives on building meaningful, long-term relationships. Ideally, you're well-connected in the Australian lighting industry and confident working across all categories -from trade and distribution to installers, consultants, and contractors - we want to hear from you.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being on the road - visiting partners, conducting product roadshows, and being the face of a brand that values quality, innovation and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for driving sales revenue, supporting distributor relationships, and expanding our market presence.

**Required skills and qualifications**:
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key industry players.
- Support and collaborate with distributors to grow their sales and deliver a standout customer experience.
- Conduct roadshows and product presentations, educating clients on our capabilities and lighting solutions.
- Invite and host clients and partners at our facility to showcase our products, processes, and technical expertise.
- Facilitate training sessions and showroom tours to build confidence and understanding of our offerings.
- Identify and pursue opportunities across lighting specification, design, distribution and installation channels.
- Monitor market activity, competitor trends, and project developments.
- Be accountable for your regional sales targets and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.
- Represent our brand at industry events, launches, and exhibitions.

- A strong understanding of the lighting, construction, or building services industry, with experience in a sales role.
- A proven track record of building profitable, long-term partnerships and delivering results.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A relationship-first mindset and a collaborative spirit that keeps the customer at the heart of what you do.
- A natural curiosity for technology and lighting, with the drive to take on new challenges with energy and enthusiasm.
