Currently our Quality Systems department is recruiting for an Administration Officer to join the team

Role responsibilities:

- Word Processing including the preparation, update and routing for approval of master documents
- Compile and complete the necessary documentation required for the update or review of master documents
- Update, maintain, track and issue master documentation in accordance with cGMP
- Filing and archiving
- Respond to customer requests and queries using appropriate communication
- Support and encourage continuous improvement initiatives for the benefit of the business
- Ensure activities comply with GxP, legal and ethical standards
- Plan, monitor and achieve goals within set time frames
- Provide, build and maintain consistent, reliable and accurate customer service
- Perform other duties as required by management

Job requirements:

- Previous administration experience
- Experience with GMP and/or GDP is highly desirable
- High aptitude for Microsoft Word and Excel Programs
- Ability to operate office equipment
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with peers, business contacts, and corporate management
- Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines and targets with competing and conflicting priorities under mínimal supervision
- Ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to comply with GxP
