Our client was founded in 1989 and since then has become one of the leading business relocation companies in Canberra. Specialising in both private and government business relocation services, this company is locally owned and services Canberra and surrounds. With a team of more than 30 staff, our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager for an immediate start.

**Your new role**

Do you have what it takes? Your new role will see you responsible for:

- Vehicle and equipment allocation as well as staff allocation.
- Client liaison and complaints handling
- Management of staff in their day-to-day operations including onboarding and training
- Work closely with sales to ensure scheduling and staff/equipment allocation is correct
- Work Health and Safety compliance and case management
- Work closely with Sales to promote and expand the business.
- Any other duties relevant to the role.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Do you have what it takes? To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Previous industry experience in a similar role.
- Leadership & management experience is a must.
- Effective time management and scheduling skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external parties.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous.
