**About the Business and Role**:
We are a well-established and quality-focused fire engineering company based in Sydney’s Inner West. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and experienced **Administration All-Rounder** to join our team in a full-time capacity.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid experience in both **administration and accounts**, who enjoys variety in their day-to-day responsibilities and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:
- Process **payroll** in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide **general administrative support** to management and project teams
- Liaise with internal project engineers and external suppliers
- Answer incoming calls and direct messages appropriately
- Manage and update **office databases and inventory records**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Perform routine office tasks such as **filing, scanning, mailing, and faxing**:
- Assist with **ad hoc duties** as required
**Skills and Experience**:
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Word and Excel**, and **MYOB**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Friendly and professional phone manner
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and a strong team player mindset
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
