**About the role**
The Development Contributions Administrator position requires a suitably qualified person with expertise and passion for local infrastructure planning and financial management.
This position is to ensure Council:
- maximises the receipt of revenue generated by its Local Infrastructure Development Contribution Plans,
- provides regular training to relevant Council staff in relation to best practice development contributions systems and processes
- monitors and manages the payment of infrastructure development contributions as prescribed by relevant development consents and complying development certificates, and
- understands likely future cash flows and local infrastructure funding.

**Remuneration**
$88,870.44 - $104,084.24 + Superannuation
**Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications**
- Tertiary qualifications in accountancy or commerce or substantial experience in accountancy or commerce or equivalent
- Relevant experience in financial administration with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, Local Government Act and related planning legislation
- High level critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with capacity to solve complex and diverse issues in a timely
