Sanctuary Housing runs low cost accommodation services across Sydney.
We are currently seeking to expand the current team with a new team member as we are opening up a new facility.
Ideal candidate requirement and duties:-
Front desk reception duties inc Administration of client files
Ie Bookings of clients to stay in accommodations
- RMS data entry or similar experience in hotel management system
- Administration assistance to clients we support/house for HOMESNSW
Successful applicant would need to be willing to have a national police check and a working with children check and have a current first aid certificate.
Previous experience in hotel/motel management is essential and/or work within a housing provider.

THE ROLE
• Sanctuary Housing is looking for an experienced Front Desk Reception and Administrator to join our team full time.
• This is a busy role where you will demonstrate previous reception experience and will work with Sanctuary Housing's culture and policies, while being focused on clients' and guests' needs.
YOUR MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:-
o Hotel/motel setting or demonstrated Reception experience in other environment - please detail in cover letter
o RMS or cloud-based hotel software demostrated experience
o MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
o Customer service
• Australian working rights
• Has a personable, helpful, and professional attitude
• Has excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent computer and data management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• Proactive approach with the ability to be a self-starter
