Corporate Lawyer (3 years + PQE) opening with a thriving national practice that focuses on Not For Profit clients consisting of nation-leading and also boutique foundations and charities. The position is primarily transactional in nature and involves research, drafting, negotiating and advising on matters related to mergers and acquisitions and tax.

It is a national practice and is led by 3 partners who are nation-leading Practitioners within the NFP space and are highly regarded in the community for their expertise and down-to-earth nature.

- $120,000 - $170,000 + Salary range (can be negotiated based on your experience)

- Flexibility can be provided with 1-2 days of working from home per week once fully integrated into the team.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years + PQE within the corporate law space with experience in M&A and tax.
- A broad scope of corporate transactional experience.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner.
- Understand and identify the key issues in a legal matter.
- Good analytical and research skills paired with excellent business acumen
- Solid communication skills and negotiation, drafting, advisory and/or disputes skills.
- Down to earth and positive nature which fits in with the teams culture.
