The group works with both domestic and international clients in all areas where tax issues arise, and on all types of tax matters. The team has significant expertise in corporate taxation, mergers and acquisitions and private equity, and has acted for a wide range of clients on national, international and cross border matters.

**The Role**

The Sydney Tax team has an excellent opportunity for a
**Lawyer** to join the team.

This role will see you collaborate closely with two renowned partners and a wider tax team working on high profile and market leading major transactions.

In this role, you will get substantial client exposure, playing a crucial role in key aspects of transactions, such as negotiations and drafting.

**Requirements**:
***Lawyer with
**2 to 4 years post admission experience **in range of tax matters from (preferably top tier) accounting or legal practice.
