We are currently engaged with a highly regarded full-service Law firm in Sydney who combine top-tier expertise with a genuine collaborative and down-to-earth culture, on an
Associate/Senior Associate
position within their Corporate team.

The firm has been voted as an
"Employer of Choice"
by Australasian Lawyer for multiple years. They are known for their agile structure and responsive service while handling complex legal challenges that are often referred from larger law firms.

The role will be supporting two of the firm's lead Partners, who are both highly acclaimed in the industry, with
'Doyle's' and 'Best Lawyers'
recommendations year on year. They are looking for an experienced Lawyer with 3-7Yrs PAE experience within Corporate M&A.

In this position you will be advising clients across the
spectrum of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), fundraisings, private equity, corporate and commercial transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating transaction and other commercial documents.
  • End-to-end management of M&A processes, including due diligence.
  • Providing strategic advice on complex Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules, and Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act issues.
  • Supporting and working with partners and junior lawyers in the team and across the firm.
