A unique career opportunity for a Tax Lawyer (Associate Level) to join a top-tier Sydney CBD independent law firm in their highly respected Not for Profit and Social impact team. The firm is renowned for its innovation and quality of client service delivery. The firms' client base includes ASX-listed companies, mid-sized corporates, the public sector and not-for-profit organisations, charities and foundations.

**About the position**:
In this role, you will be working closely with a highly regarded and leading Partner across a range of matters including:

- Drafting complex letters of advice and submissions to the ATO and ACNC.
- Arranging tax endorsements/concessions for charities.
- Providing corporate/governance advice.
- Advising on fundraising issues.
- Dealing with internal disputes in NFPs.
- Drafting constitutions.
- Acting on mergers.

This is an opportunity to provide technical expertise and advice to charities and the Not-For-Profit sector more generally. This is not a pro bono role.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years + PQE ideally exposure to Non-For-Profit, Corporate or Tax from a national, international or boutique firm
- Genuine passion/motivation for NFP and charity law.
- Excellent client service delivery
- Positive, team orientated nature.
