An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented
Associate or Senior Associate
to join a growing
Corporate Advisory
team within one of Australia's leading independent law firms.

This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with a newly appointed
Partner leading a market-recognised private equity and M&A practice
, playing an integral role in the continued expansion of the firm's national Corporate Advisory capability.

The Opportunity

This is an outstanding career move for a lawyer looking to work with leading domestic and international clients, advising on
complex M&A, private equity, and corporate advisory matters
across a variety of sectors.

You'll gain exposure to high-value transactions and strategic corporate advice, while being directly mentored by an experienced Partner known for their strong client base, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to developing lawyers into future leaders of the practice.

About You

  • 2–7 years' PQE gained within a recognised corporate transactions practice.
  • Demonstrated experience in M&A and/or private equity transactions.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ambitious, commercially astute, and eager to play a key role in a growing team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
