Program Performance and Reporting Lead

The **Program Performance & Reporting Lead**will Implement performance management processes and procedures and develop reporting templates and dashboards to report overall program and individual project performance in accordance with requirements of the Delivery Management Methodology.
This is a full-time permanent position working as part of our Unity Water program based out of our Mango Hill office. You will be reporting into the Project Controls Manager and working closely with the commercial and finance team to ensure portfolio and project reporting is aligned with program performance and progress.
**What you’ll do**
- Coordinate preparation, review and distribution of key program management reports
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Develop KPI and performance metrics and dashboards aligned with program contractual requirements
- Liaise with others to report on the performance of projects within a portfolio
- Assume responsibility for preparation and submission of monthly progress payment claims
- Analyse reporting processes and tools to identify areas for improvement in data accuracy, timeliness, and presentation
- Ensure reporting adheres to organisational governance standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

**What we’re looking for**
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Project Management, Business Administration or equivalent preferred
- 7-10 years’ experience in capital works delivery in management, control, data analysis and reporting roles assisting the business with performance improvement.
- Sound financial planning, budgeting and reporting skills.
- Sound understanding of project control systems and planning and scheduling tools.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerBI, Outlook, Power Point and SharePoint.
- Proficient with cloud based collaborative platforms such as SharePoint
