**Mantra Epping i**s a 214 room hotel in the thriving area of Epping, located 35 minutes drive north of Melbourne CBD. This role includes content management, content writing and development and administration of the company’s websites, other digital channels and digital asset library. Strategy for and activation of tactical marketing campaigns across the hotel’s websites is a key area of the role along with creation and ongoing management of Social channels. Digital campaign activity for your hotel will include (but is not limited to) creation of EDM’s, landing pages, banner advertisements, constant website content adjustments, management of third party agency performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

**General**

Campaigns. This role is responsible for the inception, implementation and reporting of digital campaigns and digital elements in other campaigns.

These responsibilities include:

- Ideas and strategy
- Write digital specific briefs
- Liaise with Regional & National team about requirements and digital elements
- Work closely with third party agencies during, execution and reporting stage
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in region and corporate office (revenue, trade, sales, brand, tourism bodies).

**Key Skills & Experience**
- 2 years experience in a digital marketing role or similar
- Previous experience using Photoshop, Dreamweaver and/or Flash
- Understanding of Website CMS platforms and HTML code
- Experience using research and reporting tools for data analysis

**Specific Team Responsibilties**
- Provide research and reporting assistance to the team - data and results analysis using research provided by external entities and in-house systems such as Sihot, Intouch Data, Calumo and EzyMsg.
- Manage projects as assigned by Marketing Manager, allocated inline with the skills and particular need areas of the department.

- Represent the company in a positive manner expounding the values, ethics and pride at all times
- Complete to the best of your ability any additional tasks within reason as provided by your immediate manager or their delegate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: Up to $70,000.00 per year
