**Your Role in Our Team**

As part of our Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team, you’ll be at the heart of supporting businesses across Toowoomba and surrounding areas. With over 70 centres nationwide, RAB is committed to enhancing the financial wellbeing of regional communities through tailored banking solutions and genuine partnerships.

As a Relationship Executive, you’ll work closely with Business Banking clients to deliver insights, solutions, and support that help them grow and succeed. You’ll be backed by expert analyst teams, innovative products, and market-leading technology—giving you everything you need to thrive.

We’re looking for dynamic bankers who love business development, embrace innovation, and are driven to continuously improve how we work and what we deliver.

**What You’ll Do**
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and retention.
- Identify and pursue new-to-bank opportunities to grow your portfolio.
- Partner with clients to deeply understand their needs and collaborate with product specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
- Use market intelligence to drive strategy, structure deals, and negotiate outcomes.
- Lead proactive risk management across a diverse portfolio, working closely with analysts to support high-quality credit submissions.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Proven experience in Business Banking.
- A genuine passion for relationship management and community engagement.
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (highly regarded).
- Experience in building successful customer portfolios and driving business origination.
