The role

Stonewood Homes Toowoomba is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join our team in Toowoomba, QLD. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in our company's continued growth and success, working closely with customers to guide them through the process of building their dream home.

What you'll be doing

  • Engage with potential customers, understand their unique needs and requirements, and provide personalised guidance throughout the sales process
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of our high-quality homes, helping customers visualise their future living spaces
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline with Pipedrive, from initial enquiry to contract signing, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with our construction and design teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated and met
  • Participate in local community events and marketing initiatives to generate new sales opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and Stonewood Homes' product offerings
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire building process

What we're looking for

  • Proven sales experience in the new home construction or real estate industry, with a demonstrated track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals
  • Passion for the building industry and a deep understanding of the local market and customer preferences
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer management software, and a willingness to adapt to new technologies - Pipedrive and Homei.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understand that weekend work may be required
