**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity has now become available for an experienced Relationship Executive with BOQ Specialist, based out of our Toowoomba office. This role offers a unique chance for a seasoned commercial banker who is eager to take on a challenge and showcase their passion for business development. The Relationship Executive will start with an empty customer book and will utilise their connections to build it from scratch.

As a Relationship Executive in our Commercial team, you will promote our commercial product offerings to core clients, determining their financial situation and objectives, discussing options, and developing tailored solutions. You will consistently meet and exceed individual margin and volume targets and performance objectives, with a strong focus on book growth. The Relationship Executive plays a key role in driving direction and performance, including client acquisition, volume/margin, and primary client relationship and satisfaction.
