**About the Role**

Are you a technically minded leader with a passion for data accuracy, integration, and reporting excellence? We’re seeking a **Data Integration & Reporting Lead** to lead a high-performing team and drive the development and management of our data integration and reporting systems.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoys solving complex problems with precision and creativity.

**Key Responsibilities**- Lead and mentor a team of Data Integration and BI Developers to design, build and run reliable data pipelines and reporting products end‑to‑end.- Own integrations across flat files, SQL/NoSQL sources and APIs; architect and maintain robust ETL/ELT processes into the DW/Lakehouse.- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver meaningful dashboards and reports- Retire legacy reports and promote leading-edge reporting capabilities- Champion a customer-centric approach to reporting and data services- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in data integration practices

You’re a disciplined, analytical thinker who values precision and structure. You enjoy working with abstract systems and concepts, and you’re confident in your technical expertise. You prefer a hands-on approach and are comfortable making decisions based on detailed information and thorough analysis.

**Qualifications**

**You’ll bring**:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or Computer Science (highly desirable)- Proven leadership in data integration, DW architecture and BI delivery in MS/Azure ecosystems with high expectations and close follow-up- Strong technical expertise in Power BI, REST/SOAP APIs, MS Fabric and Data Warehousing- Excellent planning, time management, and analytical skills- Collaborative style with clear communication; thrives in cross‑functional delivery with IT/Operations.- Experience in transport, logistics, or warehousing (desirable)
