**About The Role**:
In this role you will support the successful delivery of integration solutions to meet the needs of QIC’s growing business. This varied position will work with project and technical teams on the creation of technical integration design and specifications to align the solutions to QIC’s business and technology strategies.

This will include:

- System Upgrades: You will support with system upgrades through coordination of middleware upgrades, system configuration, identification and timely resolution of integration-related system and API issues.
- Testing and BAU Support: This role will also provide testing and BAU support through conducting defect triage in non-production and production environments, develop system test plans/test cases and testing of project work, BAU defect fixes and enhancements.

**About You**:
You will also present with:

- Bachelor level degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent experience
- Integration Analysis skills, including the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of business processes and end user requirements through information gathering and researching alternatives, implementation and review
- Ability to analyse complex data and integration requirements to support end to end integration flows
- Experience in translating business requirements to technical and functional specifications with a focus on Data and Integration.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Integration patterns and analysis and the use of appropriate design/analysis tools.
- Experience in quality analysis including Defect triage, development of test plans and test cases along with execution and reporting on findings.
- Experience with reporting and querying data for accuracy.
- Strong documentation skills, with experience in producing high quality requirements and specifications using an ALM Tool
- Experience across the full SDLC preferably with AGILE experience
