We are seeking a nominated supervisor for a 30 place preschool centre in the Lower North Shore area of St Leonards which caters for children from the ages of 3 - 6 years old.

The Centre is a family centre, committed to providing a happy, safe, fun, educational environment for your child to learn and grow.

We are proud of our highly qualified teachers and educators who love bringing out the best in every child, encouraging and embracing individual personalities and talents.

**Responsibilities include**:

- You will be responsible for ensuring that high quality care and education is provided.
- Responsible for 12 permanent educators across 4 rooms.
- You will ensure the centre is compliant with the EYLF, NQS and Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations
- You will manage the day to day operations of the Centre in line with the Centre's policies and procedures and manage enrolments and waitlists working closely developing collaborative relationships with children, families and the local community
- Overseeing the curriculum as the centre's Educational Leader
- Maintaining centre budgets and ensuring financial aspects of the business are well managed

Your skills with leading, mentoring and developing connected relationships within the centre team, children and families will be essential to your success in this position. This company believe the people in their centre are the most valuable component of their service.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Bachelor or Master in Early Childhood Education (Overseas qualification are accepted if they have been approved by ACECQA)
- At least 2 years experience in a similar leadership or 2ic role
- Valid Working with Children's Check
- Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Proven ability to inspire, lead and support a team of successful educators
- Efficient organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Rotating roster

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)
