Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nominated Supervisor, located in Barangaroo, NSW. The Nominated Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the childcare center, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing the Montessori curriculum. This role involves supervising and supporting staff, developing individual educational plans, monitoring children's progress, maintaining a safe and stimulating environment, and engaging with families to support the holistic development of each child.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Knowledge and experience in early childhood education and Montessori methods
  • Ability to develop and implement educational programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and commitment to compliance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families
  • Current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check
  • Qualifications in Early Childhood Education (Diploma or higher)
