As an Experienced NDIS Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative processes. Your expanded responsibilities will now include:

- **Client Onboarding**: Facilitating the onboarding process for new NDIS participants, ensuring a seamless transition into our support services.
- **Client Interaction**: Interacting with NDIS participants, families, and support coordinators to facilitate seamless communication and service coordination.
- **Documentation**: Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, reports, and other administrative documents.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinating appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborating with various teams to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
- **Problem Solving**: Addressing and resolving administrative issues promptly and efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in NDIS office administration.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of NDIS policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in office software and systems.
- **Problem Solver**: Ability to identify and solve problems proactively.
- **Innovative Mindset**: A proactive approach to business improvement, with a keen interest in identifying and implementing ways to enhance operational efficiency.

**Salary**: $44,270.94 - $72,218.13 per year
