About this role
Catholic Homes is seeking an experienced Roster Clerk to join our team a St Vincent's located in Guildford. This is a full-time position working from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (with some flexibility).
Our riverside residence, St Vincent's has the latest facilities and modern staff amenities. Located close to the Guildford train station and local transport, the residence has large light filled spaces and secure free basement parking onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the facility is staffed at an appropriate level to meet the resident needs as directed by the Facility Manager
- Assisting with onboarding paperwork process for new staff, legislative compliance, coordinating staff training, appraisals and documentation
- Providing additional and relief administrative support
To be successful in this role you will have/be
- Experience with Rosteringis essential, Optima exp preferred
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer and MS Office skills including Excel database
- Outstanding organizational, time management and administrative skills
- Previous experience with rostering software and willingness to learn
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Previous experience working in the Aged Care Industry desirable
