The Create team helps clients to ideate and successfully orchestrate progressive, creative campaigns across social, sport and entertainment parnterships. The team ensures best practices are applied each and every time to influencer marketing, emerging technology, social media strategy and publisher collaborations.
What your typical day will look like?
As a Partnerships Assistant, you will be working alongside OMD client account teams, the investment team and other specialist services within the agency to implement and report on campaigns.
To become an expert in digital and traditional media, you will be taught through real life on-the-job training, our internal training program and industry ‘NGEN' sessions.

**Other responsibilities include**:

- Supporting the day-to-day account management, creation and implementation of campaigns.
- General tasks to support the wider team like - sourcing and scoping suppliers, helping with event planning and administrative duties to help the wider team.
- Administrative services such as arrangement of meetings, preparation of WIPs, compilation of project reports.
- Support with the creation of client presentations
- Assist in building positive publisher relationships to ensure better deals and opportunities for clients
- Providing assistance to the team during invoicing and reconciliation, financial administration
- Generate creative ideas within role accountabilities (process improvements etc.) and actively contribute to idea generation and optimisation

A bit about you...
- No experience needed but a keen interest in digital media, influencers, big ideas, data analysis, emerging technology and social media is vital
- You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and written
- You have a keen interest in digital media, influencers, data analysis, emerging tech and social media.
- You thrive in a fast paced and dynamic team
- You have a keen attitude towards learning
- You are adaptable and agile in your approach
- A natural collaborator and problem solver who is enthusiastic about helping others
