We’re on the lookout for a Sales & Partnerships Executive to join our dynamic Sales & Partnerships team in Sydney. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the delivery of advertising campaigns across Foxtel Media’s platforms.
Reporting to our Head of Sales & Partnerships - Global Channels this role is pivotal in providing essential support and execution of client campaigns and building strong relationships with our channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, manage, and execute advertising campaigns across our Global Channels (e.g., Sky News, NBCU, Discovery, BBC), ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate, book, and manage advertising campaigns on behalf of channel partners to ensure seamless delivery
- Provide administrative support, including pipeline management, revenue tracking, and weekly channel updates.
- Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners and media agencies for exceptional service and campaign delivery.
- Develop compelling sales proposals, contribute to creative strategies, and gather market insights to inform campaign development.
- Effectively communicate campaign updates, manage client expectations, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions.
- Generate innovative ideas and proactive solutions for client briefs and partnership strategies.
About your experience
- 1-3 years’ experience working within media industry (agency, marketing or sales)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging with various clients and stakeholders
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-moving team environment
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow within media sales
- Technical understanding and capability including working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Genuine passion for media, sport, entertainment, and evolving trends in consumer engagement
