Company Description

Our business is the fastest growing Media Network in Australia and we are looking to expand our advertising business as we move into our newly created network team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide sales support to the PM on various tasks such as checking availability and generating booking/insertion forms.
Manage end to end campaign service from sales agreement, campaign setup, creative management, activation, campaign pacing & post-sale reporting.
Respond to client/agency requests by providing ongoing support during and post campaign.
Provide overview of competitor activity and support the Partnerships Manager on market activities.
Identify performing / ending campaigns due to conclude and set about the renewal process for the Partnership Manager.
Review and update client and campaign information with key contacts and roles.
Assist with end of month revenue reconciliation.
Assist across the broader advertising team on adhoc tasks.
Support the PM on weekly reporting, presentations and other team based tasks.
Support PM to ensure delivery of agreed financial targets.
Provide performance reports to all key clients in a timely manner.
