Details regarding the role

Create is a high performing, dynamic team within OMD. We specialise in creative, innovative and connected solutions for our clients that fuel their business growth. We deliver award-winning work across 4 key pillars: Social & Innovation, Entertainment Partnerships, Sport Partnerships and Creative Solutions.

The Entertainment Partnerships pillar is responsible for negotiating and managing national broadcast sponsorships. Developing ideas that naturally align and integrate in entertainment programming, extending brand messaging in program and across paid, owned and earned channels.
- The Entertainment Partnerships Manager supports the entire Partnerships team at all stages of the sponsorship life cycle.
- Help facilitate brainstorms and workshops
- Proactively help develop new partnership opportunities
- Lead finance process
- Monitor project hours
- Adhere to your scoped hours on projects and oversee hours for your AE/Exec
- Effective negotiation with clients and media partners
- Contribute to annual planning
- Contribute to OMD Create marketing efforts and initiatives
- Understand other Special Business Units within OMD to cross-sell opportunities

About your skills and experience
- 3-5 years experience within advertising or media agency environment
- Keen interest in entertainment, sponsorships and branded content.
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Active and engaged personality that possess a growth mindset
- Forward thinking and solutions focused
- Creative and curious thinker
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Collaborative team player
